Jurors must have their summons to gain access to the Courthouse before 8:30AM. Jurors with summons are permitted to enter the Jury Assembly area beginning at 7:30AM. Jurors without their summons will have to wait until 8:30AM to enter the courthouse. Jurors must have their summons or other proof they are a juror to board the shuttle buses to the courthouse from the juror parking lots.

Jurors will need to enter the Sheriff's security checkpoint before gaining access to the courthouse. Shuttle Service from Parking Lots
There are two cafeterias, a small one in the Justice Center Tower and a larger one in the Fulton County Government Center.You may wish to bring a non-perishable lunch. Glass and ceramic containers and metal utensils are prohibited and will be confiscated by the Sheriffs. Vending is also available. Some restaurants, fast food and sit down, are located within walking distance. Lunch suggestions are available in the jury assembly room.
Wireless Internet, e-library books, and television are available.
Dress should be business casual, but respectful of the Court. Do not wear hats(unless for religious purposes), shorts, halter or tank tops, clothing that exposes the midriff, beachwear, or clothing with inappropriate graphics, logos or words.
Fulton County pays you a $25.00 per day expense allowance to cover expenses such as parking and lunch. After the completion of your service, a check along with a certificate of attendance will be mailed to you within 21-30 business days. You will receive $25.00 for each day of service. In some cases, if you serve on a jury, you may receive two (2) separate checks: one for your first day of service and another check for the remainder of your service. You can also donate your payment to the Fulton County Public libraries.

Jury Services does not validate parking tickets or reimburse jurors who park in pay lots. However, free juror parking is available at the Yellow and Red Lots. Overflow parking will be in the Silver 2 and 3 Lots. The Red and Yellow Lots have parking for people with handicap permits and the shuttle buses are equipped for persons with disabilities.

The jury assembly room is located on the 7th floor of the Justice Center Tower, 185 Central Avenue, which is between Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive and Mitchell Street.
You will click the Zoom invitation sent to the email address you indicated on your juror quetionnaire. If you are chosen to sit on the jury by the Judge, you will report in-person to the courthouse the next day. You will follow directions for reporting to the courthouse provided to you by courtroom.
If you are asked to report and not assigned to a case on the day you report, your term of service will be concluded at the end of the business day. However, if you are assigned to a courtroom for jury selection and jury selection is not completed by the end of that day, you will be required to return to finish the selection process.
If you are selected to serve on a trial, your term of service will be the length of that trial. Most trials last from three to five days.
When you have been chosen for an actual trial or as an alternate juror, your service obligation will be fulfilled upon the conclusion of deliberations, regardless of whether or not a verdict has been reached.
