I received a summons for jury service, do I need to report?
Yes. Jurors are required to report unless they receive an official exemption or deferral. Please see the Jury Page for further instructions.

How do I contact someone about a criminal case?
You should contact the Litigation Manager for the assigned judge. A list of Litigation Managers for each judge can be found HERE.
My client was recently arrested. When will he be scheduled for First Appearance?
First Appearances are handled Monday through Saturday at the Fulton County Jail.
I have a case pending in the Non-Complex Division and have questions. Whom do I contact?
All outreach should be via e-mail at the below addresses. If you are not sure in which Division your case is, send an e-mail to both Divisions. All motions should still be e-filed. Courtesy copies of motions should be e-mailed to the Division e-mail address.

Yes. You can e-file via eFile-GA and PeachCourt.

I need to file an emergency motion; how do I do that?
Emergency motions should be e-filed. A courtesy copy must be e-mailed to the Staff Attorney for the assigned judge. Any scheduling questions should be directed to that Staff Attorney. A list of Staff Attorneys and their e-mail addresses can be found HERE.
Unassigned emergency matters should be directed to the Presiding Judge. The Presiding Judge is listed on our website at www.fultoncourt.org.

How do I apply for a Temporary Protective Order?
