A State of the Art Justice Resource Center Within the Fulton County Court Complex

There are several SELF-HELP areas within the JRC where visitors can obtain information, documents, perform independent legal research, and participate in attorney consultation sessions by appointment only. The request for an appointment may be started by calling the Justice Resource Center at 404-612-2789.  For a visual tour of the Center, we have included videos and pictures below.

Family Law and Senior Services

The Family Law section provides information and education on how to represent oneself in domestic legal matters.  The Senior Legal Services Program provides free legal advice to seniors and their caregivers' on health, probate, estate planning, consumer disputes, debt collection, and nursing home resident rights.

The Justice Resource Center’s Legal Resources area provides computer systems and a select number of legal reference books for patron use.

 

 

Information Desk

The Justice Resource Center’s (JRC) Information Desk is staffed with customer service professionals who can provide information about the best self-help resource or service based on the request.

The Justice Resource Center’s Resources Desk is staffed with customer service professionals who can provide information and self-help resources.

The JRC’s Resources area provides Family Law packets at a minimal cost. Some of the documents that visitors can obtain are related to Divorce, Child Support, Name Change, and Legitimation.
