Fulton County Superior Court's Family Division will remain open on December 26 and December 27, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for the sole purpose of providing services related to Family Violence Temporary Protective Orders. Litigants may contact the Family Division at 404-613-0505 or at familydivision@fultoncountyga.gov for assistance. Ex parte requests for Protective Orders shall be heard by the presiding Judicial Officer on those dates. All other Family Division matters will resume on Monday December 30, 2024. Judge Glanville to Begin 2nd Term as Chief Judge
Judge Glanville will begin a second term as Chief Judge, effective January 2025 - December 2026.
The Honorable Judge Glanville was sworn in as Chief Judge on December 1, 2022.
He will continue his tenure in a 2nd term as Chief Judge through 2026.
Chief Judge Glanville has served on the Superior Court of Fulton County bench since 2005 and received his JD from University of Georgia. He has had a lengthy public service and military career. You can find his full bio HERE.
