Fulton County Partnership with Japanese Judiciary

The Atlanta Judicial Circuit has a long-standing relationship with Japan. For several years, the Atlanta Judicial Circuit has sponsored a visiting judge program to encourage collaboration and understanding of the legal system in the United States and specifically Fulton County. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Kimberly Esmond Adams was one of several judges who hosted visiting judges from Japan.
